Please Note: We recommend checking the specifications of your Hot Water Service (HWS) from your HWS supplier, due to the requirement on some HWS units for a minimum flow to be activated. Theses mixers are very water efficient and have a flow rate of 2.75 litres for hot water and 2.75 litres for cold water totalling 5.5 litres. Due to the unique design of this mixer the flow controllers are fitted in the hoses beneath the tap in the Copper hot and cold pipes. It is a requirement of warranty that pipes are flushed prior to connection as any dirt or contamination that may enter the mixer can block the flow controllers.
