Consumer Rights

  • This policy does not override or exclude any rights you have under the applicable consumer protection laws (Australian Consumer Law – ACL). If you believe your purchase does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy.
  • In the event of a major failure, you may seek a refund, replacement (subject to availability), or compensation for any loss in value. For minor failures, we may repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
  • If you believe your purchase doesn’t meet consumer guarantees or if you have any concerns, please contact our Customer Service Team.

Refunds, Returns, and Repairs

  • To discuss or obtain a remedy, contact our Customer Support Team. Goods must be returned within a reasonable period, with proof of purchase and original packaging if possible.
  • We may need to assess the goods before providing a remedy. Our team will contact you once the assessment is complete to discuss the appropriate solution.
  • If a refund is agreed upon, it will be processed to your original method of payment within seven (7) days.
  • If goods breach a consumer guarantee, TI Home Improvement Centre will cover the shipping costs for return.
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind at this time.

Repair Notice

  • In some cases, items for repair may be replaced with refurbished ones of the same type instead of undergoing repairs. Refurbished parts may also be used in the repair process.
